Whether you are a homeowner or a contractor, we can design your outdoor patio area to interior design ideas.

Our design services are available to help you design the best fit for your property considering all factors such as location, function, local architecture, landscape, etc. Our  design services are not limited to Chattanooga, although location may limit the amount of personal attention available for your project. Off location design is possible with digital photographs and detailed measurements. We are also not limited to the design of outdoor building projects. We have the capability to design entire houses and other building projects, as well as interior design, furniture, construction specifications, or anything else you might need modeled or designed in 3D.

For Homeowners

Whether you are looking for an outdoor living space, or you want your dream home designed inside and out, we offer the creativity you are looking for. Our design capabilities make a normally stressful process fun and exciting. There is no guesswork with what a final project will look like when you have it designed or modeled in 3D. Our design team can either design your project from scratch, or we can take blueprints or sketches that you already have and model them in 3D so that you can “fly through” your project before construction.

We specializing in building outdoor projects, but as a design firm, we design entire houses, remodel projects, interior design, furniture, product modeling etc. Here is a brief list of services that we offer for homeowners. We are always open to helping with your design needs.

Outdoor Living & Home design: This includes remodel new home design, or remodel design. If you are having a tough time figuring out the best way to remodel your home, we can help you with that process.

Blueprint modeling: We can take a set of blueprints from a catalog or another architect, and model them in three dimensions so that you can truly see what your home will look like before any money is spent, or waisted, on something you end up not liking after it is finished. We can typically do this for less than 1% of what the home costs. Compare that to a standard 5-15% from an architecture firm.

Interior Design: We will model a room of interest to our clients and then design the space including color and textures, furniture, flooring, etc. If there is anything that needs to be constructed or installed, we can probably accommodate that as well. Furniture design. We can take care of this entire process, from design to fabrication. We charge a design fee for the furniture design, but you know what you will be purchasing before you spend a lot of money on a custom piece of furniture. Our fabrication capabilities ensures that the final product will be exact to the design specifications.  

We are not an architecture firm, we are a design and build firm. In residential projects, architects are typically not needed. Architectural licenses are required mostly for commercial projects to make sure that spaces are functional and have enough bathrooms, good lighting, have proper handicap access etc. An architect does not have the ability to sign off on structural plans, as this requires a structural engineer. Therefore the only reason to use an architect in a residential project is because the client likes the work and ability of the architect etc. Many designers have had the same, and sometimes more training in design, or the aesthetics and art of buildings and other three dimensional objects. Designers are typically used for their artistic abilities, but are usually less expensive than architects. For residential projects, it all comes down to two things, finding an architect or designer who’s work shows what the client is looking for, and cost. As a design firm, we are typically less expensive than an architecture firm, and we would argue that we offer exceptional design services that rival architecture firms.  

For Contractors

We offer design services for builders, developers, and even architects or other professionals who are looking for a more economical way to realize their thoughts and ideas or to figure out complicated projects. For contractors, our design services are extremely beneficial as a way to communicate with clients before construction begins which in turn limits change orders and helps projects to run smoothly. It is also an efficient way to realize and communicate construction specifications to employees or subcontractors on complicated projects. We can taylor our design services to fit your needs or requirements.
